Grow a Garden Season Pass: Quests, XP and Rewards

Checked in-game 3 Oct 2026 Updated 4 Oct 2026

The Season Pass in Grow a Garden gives you free rewards just for doing quests you'd mostly do anyway, like harvesting and planting. This guide covers how XP and tiers work, what the free and premium tracks give, what the Pass Store sells, and how Daily Quests help you level up faster. When we checked, Season 8 had about 35 days left, so there's time to climb the tiers if you play regularly.

How to open the Season Pass

The Season Pass has its own button on the main screen.

  1. Click Pass on the left side of the HUD.
  2. It opens on the REWARDS tab.
  3. Click QUESTS or STORE at the top to switch tabs.
  4. Click the X to close it.

Don't press Escape to close it. That opens the Roblox menu instead of closing the pass.

How XP and tiers work

Tier 1 needs 600 XP. A progress bar on the REWARDS tab shows how close you are, starting at 0/600 for Tier 1.

You earn XP by finishing quests. Each quest gives x400 XP, so one quest gets you two-thirds of the way through Tier 1.

When you reach a tier, its rewards unlock and a CLAIM button appears. Remember to come back and claim them.

The REWARDS tab also has ALL > and TIER > skip options. You don't need them. Quests alone will move you up the pass.

Free and premium track rewards

Every tier has two rows: a free row for everyone and a premium row for Season Pass Premium owners.

Tier Free Premium
1 Pass Points x50 Pass Points x100
2 Dormouse Giant Dormouse
3 Drowse Daisy Seed Drowse Daisy Seed x3
4 Season 8 Seed Pack Exotic Season 8 Seed Pack

The free track already gives you a Dormouse at Tier 2 and a Season 8 Seed Pack at Tier 4. That's a nice start without spending anything.

Season Pass Premium costs 749 Robux. Its unlockable rewards include Rainbow Bakul, Gold Cosmic Dew, Gold Fernberry, Giant Binturong and Cloud Steps. You can enjoy the free track without it. Our guide Grow a Garden Game Passes and Robux Shop: Worth It? says more about Robux items.

Season Pass quests

Open the QUESTS tab to see your current quests. There are six quests at a time, and they refresh every few hours. A timer shows when new ones arrive (for example, "New quests in: 3h 2m").

Here are some quests you might see:

  • Plant 50x Strawberry Seeds
  • Earn 50,000¢ (sell crops to get there)
  • Plant 25x Bamboo Seeds
  • Harvest 2x Wet Mutated Plants (any plant works, as long as it has the Wet mutation)

Many harvest quests say "mutations and variants not required", so normal crops count.

If a quest is too hard right now, there's a Skip Quests button. You can also just wait for the next refresh.

Tips for finishing quests fast

  1. Do the cheap ones first. Carrot Seeds cost 10¢ and grow in about 6-7 seconds, so "Harvest 100 Carrots" is easy to grind.
  2. Plant in big batches. Buy lots of seeds, plant them all, then harvest and sell in one trip. Planting quests like "Plant 50x Strawberry Seeds" (50¢ each) go faster this way.
  3. Sell often for money quests. "Earn 50,000¢" goes up as you sell crops to Steven at SELL.
  4. Watch the Seed Shop restock. Some quest seeds, like Bamboo, don't show up in stock very often. If you see them, grab them.
  5. Check back after a refresh. Quests change every few hours, so a quick visit can mean easy new XP.

How Daily Quests feed into the pass

Daily Quests are separate from the six Season Pass quests, but they help with the pass too. Daily Quests such as Harvest 10 Cacti give x400 Season Pass XP when you finish them. "Harvest 100 Carrots" can also show up as a Daily Quest.

To open them:

  1. Click Guide on the HUD. It opens the Profile menu.
  2. Pick the Daily Quests tab if it isn't already open.
  3. Close it with the X.

Daily Quests also have their own reward track. One track had a Normal Seed Pack, Advanced Sprinkler x3, Normal Seed Pack x2, a Random Seed, Normal Seed Pack x2, a Master Sprinkler and, at the end, a Gardener Seed Pack. The rewards can change. Other tracks have had items like Recall Wrench x5, Watering Can x10 and Harvest Tool x5.

Daily Quests reset on a timer that's shown on the tab, and there's a Skip Daily Quests button. Doing both quest lists together is the fastest way up the tiers.

The Season Pass Store

The STORE tab sells season items. Its stock restocks on a timer (for example, "Restocking in 2m 9s"). There is also a RESTOCK button.

The Season 8 Crate costs 100 Tokens. Scroll down over the list to see more items and the Odds button. The odds list shows how likely each item is to be in stock. For example, the Season 8 Crate is very common at 69.74%, while the Astralcap Seed is very rare at 0.23%.

Other items that can appear include Hammer of Harvest, Nightmare Crystal, Season 8 Seed Pack, Levelup Lollipop and Grow All. Check back often, because the stock changes with each restock.
